Dean Browell, PhD leads Feedback’s research with a passion for understanding human behavior, generational differences, and helping organizations turn insights into action. A frequent speaker across many industries, he has also briefed data on military family quality of life to The White House and Pentagon. Dean teaches at VCU’s School of Business, is a co-founder of Hidden In Plain Site and on the boards of The Poe Museum, SOAR365, and Firehouse Theatre. Feedback forms the research foundation of PCSIx (pronounced “Pick Six”), the innovation unit of PCSI to strengthen the systems that advance family support, employment and opportunity for people with disabilities.
