Amy Moudy Comeau is a marketing executive, award-winning author, sought-after speaker, and consultant specializing in marketing, healthcare, and leadership. Her career spans the healing arts, leveraging the art and science of music and medicine across health care, non-profit, higher education, and performing arts industries.Most recently she served as Vice President Marketing for Emory Healthcare, one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers and research institutions. During her tenure, Emory Healthcare grew from a 2 to 11 hospital system, tripling net revenue from $2 billion to $6 billion, and achieving the highest brand equity, nearly twice the next closest competitor, in Atlanta. She had responsibility for branding, marketing strategy, patient acquisition, retention and loyalty, marketing technology, community engagement and sports partnerships (including Atlanta’s NFL, NBA and MLB teams) and social media.Her performing arts career includes leading marketing, communications and ticketing for The Atlanta Opera, with responsibility for earned revenue-generation and subscriber acquisition and retention. Her arts experience includes roles with Georgia State University’s Rialto Center for the Performing Arts, Lyric Opera of Chicago, The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and serving as one of four fellows in North America in the prestigious Opera America Fellowship Program.Winner of the 2024 Goody Business Book Award for Leadership-Inspiration, her debut book, Every Storm Runs Out of Rain: Leading a Health Care Marketing Team through a Global Pandemic, offers candid insights and leadership lessons from navigating oneself and one’s team through crisis, challenge, change or chaos.Amy is a graduate of Northwestern University, with an MBA and Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
