Melinda Daffin is director of digital content at Ochsner Health, a nonprofit healthcare provider with 47 hospitals and 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf South. Melinda oversees social media, web, SEO, blog and newsletters at Ochsner. Before joining Ochsner in 2019, Melinda worked in digital and print journalism for three decades. She holds a Master of Arts in mass communication with an emphasis in digital strategy from the University of Florida, and she graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
