Roxana Massie is a bilingual communication strategist & healthcare interpreter, and founder of Spanglish Connector powered by the Spanglish Small Business Association (SSBA). She specializes in multicultural communication, integrated media strategy, community engagement, and bilingual outreach initiatives designed to strengthen visibility, collaboration, culture awareness, trust, and human connection across diverse communities. As an independent 1099 interpreter, Roxana has supported injured workers throughout healthcare communication processes including medical appointments, physical therapy sessions, and perioperative communications before and after surgical procedures. This experience provided her with firsthand insight into the communication challenges, emotional vulnerability, and cultural barriers many bilingual patients experience within healthcare environments. Combining healthcare interpretation experience with expertise in radio, digital media, AI-enhanced communication strategies, and multicultural outreach, Roxana’s work focuses on helping organizations create more human-centered, culturally intelligent communication experiences rooted in trust, empathy, and connection.
